Welcome to Kindergarten Where we are Wild about Learning!
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and your child to our class. Kindergarten is an exciting time as children embark upon new adventures in the world of learning. In the next couple of days, your child will be completing one of the most important milestones in his/her life…the first day of Kindergarten! We understand that you may meet this day with excitement or apprehension (or a little of both), and I hope that the attached handout will help you become familiar with what to expect in Kindergarten, and answer questions you may have.
It is our goal to instill a love of learning that will last through out your child’s years of schooling. We look forward to establishing the best possible learning environment for our students, helping them to achieve their full potential at their own rate, acquiring skills as they are developmentally ready. Maintaining each child’s self-esteem and building secure foundation for future growth will always remain our priority. With team work and cooperation among parents, teachers, and students, we will be able to achieve these goals! We are truly blessed to be given this opportunity to get to know you and your child we look forward to a wonderful year of learning together!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Henle and Mrs. Marshall
